Vent master

Vent master designed for LNG carrier is to ensure the safety against pressure increase risk induced by cargo boil-off during the navigation. It works as a safety valve to cargo tank. When pressure inside cargo tank reaches a preset level, the excess gas must be vented to release the pressure. Because of the hazardous nature of vented gas(mainly nitrogen and natural gas), vent mast should be located certain distance away from ventilation intakes or accommodation access doors on the cabin deck. It will direct vented gas to higher position where is far away from the trunk deck and also can be easily blown away by the wind.

Pump Tower Base Support

Guiding unit of pump tower. Pump tower is connected to the piping on deck at its top and guided at its base by the so-called base support,Which blocks the transversal and longitudinal movement. Only vertical movement is allowed. Meanwhile the base support eliminate the friction caused by pump tower shrinkage and prohibit the damage to the pipes and equipment on pump tower.

Gas dome

Gas dome is a passage to recycle evaporated cargos. The cargo will be evaporated naturally influenced by outer temperature, which would be a waste without proper measures when the pressure is too high. The main function of gas dome is cooling down the cargo tank and recycling evaporated gas to engine room. It contains 3 parts: gas dome coming, spray ramp and related pipes。

Dual flow strainer

Cargo strainer is fitted at the end of liquid and gas lines over the manifolds(both port side and starboard side). It ensures that cargo delivered to ship is clean and in turn, it ensures cargo cleanliness to the receiving terminal during discharge of ship. Although according requirement of SIGTTO, strainer should be installed at on-shore export terminal. And cleanliness of cargo and transfer line for LNG carriers are strictly inspected. However, according SIGTTO rules, as an additional precaution of debris picked up in piping and loading arms, dual-flow strainers are required to be fitted on Lngc.Our conical inline flow strainer can be cleaned and changed with ease. At the same time, it saves work load for strainer overturn before each loading and discharging.


Messenger punch device

Punch device is called"Security Guards". In case LNG liquid leakage to primary barrier happens, it is essential that the primary membrane is punched so that liquid can freely flow back into the tank from the primary insulation space. The main function of this accidental operation device is to penetrate the primary membrane at the base in order to connect the cargo tank and primary insulation layer into one space in emergence case.

Pipe anchor and clamp

Pipe Support Anchor: In order to make movement of pipes under control during the navigation, the pipe supports will be used. Cryogenic LNG as cargo inside LNG vessel will cause the deformation of the pipes. So some special supports are designed and used to meet the requirements.


Cargo manifold/portable adaptor

Cargo manifold adaptor is used for ensuring LNG in liquid state during loading and discharging.The adaptor is ultralow temperature resistant, stays crackless and non-deformation at -196℃.
