MKIII/GST Primary Memrane

Primary metallic barrier,which composes inner wall of CCS system.It contains the LNG cargo(-163℃) and is directly supported by and fixed to the insulation system.The large and small corrugation design lowers sloshing impact inside cargo tank effectively.

Installation place:
between primary insulation layer and primary membrane

Main function:
metallic component onto which the primary barrier is welded

Two-way corner/Three-way corner

Metallic component used to fix primary barrier in the intersection of 2/3 tank faces to the primary insulation layer.
