Hatch Cover for Product Tanker

Kairong is a professional hatch cover maker. Our product KR-900 and KR-360, which already received ABS type approval, are widely used on product/chemical tanker. Meanwhile our welding procedure specification (WPS) for duplex stainless steel are also approved by ABS. Special hatch cover for tanker has high requirements of material and welding. KR-900 and KR-360 are made of duplex stainless steel with Mo content ≧2.7%, SUS316L and anti-corrosive, pressure-tight sealed material. They are good corrosion resistant, poison resistant, fire resistant, watertight to 0.6bar, can meet storage requirements for phenol, grease, acid and caustic soda.
